Limited Return & Exchange Policy
- Damaged Shingles/Bundles If shingles or bundles are received damaged, the purchaser must notify Eagle Eye Bids within 14 days of the materials being received. Damaged shingles/bundles may be returned, exchanged, or replaced at Eagle Eye Bids’ discretion.
- Damaged Roofing/Building Materials Any other roofing/building materials received damaged are also covered and must be returned in the same condition as received. All returns must include the original packing material with the damaged item(s).
- Packaging Requirement Returns without original packaging may not be accepted.
- Non-Defective Returns Non-defective returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
- Shipping, Handling & Return Location Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon delivery. All returns must be delivered to: Eagle Eye Bids, 1095 Majaun Rd, Suite A, Lexington, KY 40511.
Limited Materials-Only Warranty
- Warranty Term Coverage begins on the date the roof installation is 100% complete, as documented by required registration materials. Failure to register within 14 days voids coverage, unless inclement weather made roof access unsafe during that period. For a period of 15 years (“Non Prorated Period”), Eagle Eye Bids will, at its sole option, provide replacement materials, facilitate repair, or issue a credit equal to the original purchase price of the defective materials. After the Non Prorated Period, coverage continues on a prorated basis for an additional 15 years, with recovery reduced annually. Beginning in year 16, coverage decreases by 1/15th each year until year 30, at which point coverage ends. Total coverage period: 30 years.
- Scope of Coverage This warranty covers materials only (shingles, underlayment, and other qualifying roofing materials). No coverage is provided for labor, installation, tear off, disposal, or related costs. Coverage applies only to materials purchased directly from Eagle Eye Bids and installed on a permanent structure within the United States. Materials are warranted to resist wind damage up to 120 mph, provided they are installed according to manufacturer’s instructions. Shingles are warranted to resist algae growth for 12 years.
- Exclusions Improper installation, inadequate ventilation, or building design defects. Acts of God (including gale force wind speeds, hail, fire, flood, or earthquake). Normal wear and tear, color fading, or aesthetic changes not affecting performance. Slight pigment variations: These shingles are sold as “Off Spec” and may have minor color differences within an acceptable range. Such variations are not covered. If color variation is extreme, Eagle Eye Bids will review the matter on a case-by-case basis. Mold and mildew are excluded.
- Transferability This warranty may be transferred once within the first 10 years of coverage. The new transferee must re-register the warranty within 30 days of property transfer by submitting updated registration materials. Transferee does not need to provide proof of purchase.
- Claim Procedure To make a claim, the original purchaser (or transferee) must notify Eagle Eye Bids in writing within 30 days of discovering a defect, and allow inspection of the materials. Eagle Eye Bids reserves the right to facilitate the repair itself, at its sole discretion, instead of providing replacement materials or credit.
- Limitation of Liability This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy. Eagle Eye Bids shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages. The remedies described herein are exclusive, and no other remedies shall be available.
- Force Majeure Eagle Eye Bids shall not be liable for delays, failures, or inability to perform warranty or return obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, or government actions.
- Business Continuity This warranty shall remain valid and enforceable if Eagle Eye Bids changes its business name or if a successor entity is established. Customers will be notified in writing within 30 days of any such business entity change.

To activate coverage, the following information must be submitted to Eagle Eye Bids within 14 days of project completion:
